Italian...

Haven't really sketched too many supercar proportions so I thought I'd dive in and search for some Italian style. Came out alright... not too resolved, but cool stance.

Sometimes last is first. This was my Viscomm final and I thought it turned out pretty well. I actually researched quite a bit before starting the piece and it goes like this... Brooklands Raceway in the UK is one of the oldest tracks in Europe and is said to be haunted by a driver who crashed just after or during a top speed record run back in the 1930s. He blew a tire, flew off the banked track into one of the workshops below. I decided to compose a Sleepy Hollowish scene with the Bentley 4 1/2 litre (one of the most beautiful purpose built cars ever) and a crazy flying version tearing around the banked track... each a ghost in itself.
